TNM was eventually accredited together with only five (5) other nursing home in the Philippines.
- The In-House Geriatricians’ vast expertise and experienced as an Internist and Geriatrician will ensure that only high quality of care will be given to the older people in the facility
- We are covid free, more than a year after the pandemic started. It shows our dedication for the safety of our residents and staffs as we instituted policies immediately against the possible covid -19 infection.

Dr. Eduardo Rommel S. Poblete
IN-HOUSE GERIATRICIAN
Dr Eduardo Rommel S. Poblete is a Fellow and President of Philippine College of Geriatric Medicine. With more than 20 years experienced as an active consultant, he is presently the Head of Geriatric Medicine Section of St. Luke’s Medical Center, Quezon City. His vast expertise in geriatric management and treatment will ensure the residents get the high quality care they deserved.
Dr. Ruel De Guzman
IN-HOUSE GERIATRICIAN
Dr Ruel De Guzman is a Fellow of Philippine College of Geriatric Medicine with over 15 years-experience working with the geriatric population in a variety of different settings. He specialized in Internal Medicine and went to Geriatric Medicine subspecialty in St. Luke’s Medical Center. He further trained in elderly care and medical management in Malta and in Singapore, where he had first-hand experienced also in nursing home standard of care. His passion lies with the elderly and ensuring they age with dignity.
Ms. Glaiza Rose Avendano
NURSE MANAGER
Ms. Glaiza Rose Avendano is a Registered Nurse who had 3 years working experienced in geriatric ward in St. Luke’s Medical Center and Chronic Facilities in Singapore. Educated to understand and treat the often complex, physical and mental health needs of older people. She function as case manager, linking families with community resources to help them care for the elderly members.
